Access Your Company's Matching Donations Portal
Open your web browser and go to the Benevity portal specific to your company.
Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account.
If this is your first time logging in, you may need to register or set up your profile using your company email address.
Once logged in, navigate to the section dedicated to matching donations.
2. Search for the "Joy On Earth Foundation":
Once you are in the matching donations section of the portal, locate the search bar or search feature.
Type "Joy On Earth Foundation" into the search bar.
Press the Enter key or click the search button to initiate the search.
Review the search results to ensure you are selecting the correct foundation. Click on "Joy On Earth Foundation" to proceed.
3. Choose Your Donation Option:
After selecting "Joy On Earth Foundation" from the search results, you will see options to proceed with your donation.
If you wish to donate through your company, click on the "Donate Now" button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your donation.
If you have already made a donation directly to the "Joy On Earth Foundation" and are seeking a company match, click on the "Request a Match" button.
For "Request a Match," you may need to provide details or proof of your prior donation, such as a receipt or confirmation number.
Follow the prompts to submit your matching request for approval.
4. Complete Your Donation
Review all the details of your donation or matching request to ensure accuracy.
If donating through your company, confirm the donation amount and any other required information, then submit your donation.
If requesting a match for an existing donation, verify that all required documentation is attached and accurate before submitting your request.
After submission, you may receive a confirmation email or notification. Keep this for your records.
If needed, follow up with your company's HR or Benevity support team to ensure your donation or matching request is processed smoothly.
